Our materials & jewels

All of our pieces are made from the finest 14k or 18k Gold alloys, or Platinum 950 with a 95% purity to ensure the strength and longevity of our pieces. Our pieces are Nickel-free, and our gold is sustainably sourced, and recycled where possible. All of our Diamonds and Gemstones are natural and ethically sourced.

While all images shown on our website are designed to best reflect the product, please note that slight colour changes and texture variations occur among natural jewels, and so no two products will appear the exact same.

Responsible sourcing

All of our Diamonds and Gemstones are natural, and are ethically and sustainably sourced. All of our Diamonds are sourced according to the Kimberley Process (KP) and come from sustainable mine sites internationally that support local communities, globally. Shipping & returns

All of our products are made-to-order according to your desired specifications. Please choose carefully, as we cannot process refunds or adjustments for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if the product is deemed faulty. Express shipping within Australia is free of charge, and overseas fully insured shipping incurs a flat rate fee of $60 AUD.

Size guide & fit

A full size guide and how to measure your ring size can be found here. Thinner band designs, such as our Slimline Solitaire tend to fit a ½ size looser than standard, while thicker band designs, such as our eternity rings tend to fit a ½ size tighter than standard. If you are unsure of your ring size, please order an at-home ring sizer here.

Production & lead time

Each of our pieces is lovingly crafted by hand to your desired specifications. Therefore, production may range between 6-10 weeks, depending on the design and level of customisation.
