We are proud to offer ethically mined Diamonds and Gemstones from ethical and sustainable sources that are 100% natural, free of any artificial enhancements or treatments and are independently certified.

We are committed to sustainable and responsible sourcing practices and we have a zero-tolerance policy towards conflict diamonds. We only sell diamonds that are sourced from mines that strictly follow the Kimberley Process (KP) and System of Warranties from certified mine sites internationally.

As all of our diamonds are 100% custom-sourced from our cutters and diamantaires internationally, we provide high-resolution imagery and magnified videos of each diamond option, as well as full copies of the GIA certificate for review. This shows you the facet arrangement of each diamond option, providing a comprehensive look into the stone including the location and nature of each diamond’s inclusions or imperfections if any, as well as a proper analysis of each diamond that is far more valuable than what can be typically seen by the naked eye. We work with your to determine the perfect diamond for your needs, and guide you through the comparison process. Once we identify your perfect diamond and bring it in for you, it is then finally inspected in the laboratory and then presented to you pre-setting to ensure satisfaction with your selection.

All of our custom-made Diamond rings start from $5,000 AUD including GST and upwards and can be customised to suit any budget, style and design.

Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, Custom Designed Fine Jewellery:
As all of our stunning engagement rings are made here in Melbourne, Australia our bespoke process ranges between 6-12 weeks. However, we can occasionally accommodate rush orders upon request, and design complexity.

Made-To-Order Fine Jewellery:
All of our made-to-order Fine Jewellery pieces are crafted specific to your desired metal, diamond size and preferences. Our made-to-order Fine jewellery is produced between 4-8 weeks. presented to you pre-setting to ensure satisfaction with your selection.

We recommend setting up your appointment as soon as you are ready to find your perfect diamond! Or, at least 6-8 weeks prior to your planned proposal. After each consultation, we then work on finding the perfect diamond for you, so plan to come in when you’d like to begin the exciting journey of creating your perfect ring!

Most certainly yes! We are always able to host remote consultations, and are pleased to offer fully insured shipping interstate and internationally. A description of the bespoke process can be found here.

There are a few ways to measure your partner’s ring size. One method is to take an existing ring of their partner and measure the internal diameter in millimetres (mm). If you know what finger your partner wears this ring on, we can then correlate this to a broad size and work from there. Another method is to bring in one of their rings for sizing as a starting point. Still not sure? We suggest creating your ring in a standard size, and adjust the ring up or down from there, free of charge.

Please note that we do not have a retail store with rings in-stock to try on. As we are a 100% custom-made jeweller we do not hold diamonds or jewellery in stock and pride ourselves on providing the most competitively-priced diamonds to our clients. However, we do have a full consulting office where we meet with clients to discuss their perfect diamond and design, with some of our Signature designs available to try. Of course, we pride ourselves on being ‘full-service’ jewellers, and provide lifetime free professional cleaning, polishing, claw-checking and re-sizing. We also provide a lifetime manufacturing guarantee, meaning that if there is a fault with your piece as a result of manufacturing, we will repair your piece free of charge. Unfortunately, we do not work with client-sourced diamonds, as we select all of our diamonds based on strict quality parameters to determine their suitability for setting and guarantee the sustainability & ethics of each curated gemstone.

If you have an existing diamond ring and have fallen out of love with it, we can certainly help you to reset your precious stones into a new setting and give your ring a new lease on life! However, please note that we can only reset diamonds that have certification or laser inscription.

Generally, the process takes approximately 6-12 weeks from start-to-finish to source your perfect diamond, and forge your dream engagement ring, which is crafted in-house in Melbourne, Australia. However, some styles can be rush-ordered depending on complexity of design and the specifications of the center diamond – just let us know!

No, we work with a variety of precious natural and untreated stones such as Emerald, Ruby and Sapphires. Please note that all of our precious stones come with independent certification, and are free of any artificial enhancements or treatments.

We accept payment in Australian Dollars (AUD) or US Dollars (USD).

Please note that for all orders Bespoke and Custom Designed Orders, we require a 50% deposit to secure your diamond and begin work on your piece, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and pre-collection or shipment. We currently accept bank/wire transfers, or credit card payments (interstate and overseas inclusive). All of our Made-to-Order Fine Jewellery can only be purchased with payments in full.

We are pleased to offer international, fully insured shipping via FedEx, at a flat rate of $60 via International Priority Service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of dispatch, including your tracking information. Please note that any import duties or taxes incurred by the receiving country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. More information can be found here.

As each of our pieces are exclusively handcrafted to your exact needs, we are unable to amend any details of your order 24 hours after the order is made. We use the highest-quality Australian-made alloys to ensure that all of our 18K Gold and Platinum jewellery is 100% Nickel-free and of the highest possible quality in jewellery use. Please note that any jewellery made with gold metal lower than 18k (e.g. 14k Gold) may contain nickel.

All of our pieces are proudly crafted in-house to ensure quality control in our workshop in Melbourne, Australia.

We certainly do, please drop your items in-store or contact our customer service team at inquiries@saphiradiamonds.com to organise return shipping for complementary cleaning, polishing and claw-checking. If your pieces require re-plating, there will be a standard fee applied for this service.
