PRODUCT COLLECTION & SHIPPING
When making the purchase, clients can opt to collect their products in person at our showroom, through a “Collection Appointment”, that can be booked here. Clients can also opt for shipping their products, inclusive of Melbourne residents.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Complimentary shipping to all products shipped within Australia. Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express Post with tracking included. Your product will be shipped in an unbranded packaging and fully insured. Signature on delivery is mandatory, consequently we cannot ship to a P.O Box.
Orders can be tracked through the Australia Post website. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email or text with your tracking number. If notified via email, please check your spam/junk mail for any missing order confirmations and tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international, fully insured shipping via FedEx International Priority Service, at a flat rate of $150AUD. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of dispatch, including your tracking information. Please note that any import duties or taxes incurred by the receiving country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to current global shipping conditions, delays can occur. Saphira cannot be accountable for late deliveries. Any incorrect shipping/delivery information provided will result in not being identified by Australia Post or Fedex. Please review shipment/delivery information carefully before placing your order, as Saphira is not liable for incorrect data provided by the customer.
Please note that we are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
